Shipping and Local Pickup

Domestic Shipping in Continental United States:

Unless otherwise stated all orders sent to a continental USA location will be shipped via UPS or USPS
Shipping costs are calculated based on your shipping address and displayed at checkout before you place your order. Note some items may include free or fixed rate shipping.
Small package shipments have a standard 3 business day handling time.
Shipping Internationally or Outside the Continental United States:

Orders placed on drpals.com currently ship only within the continental United States.

Local Pickup:

Local pickup from DrPals is available during business hours (Monday - Friday 09:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST)
Please contact DrPals at customerservice@drpals.net or (323) 696-0093 to coordinate local pickup in advance at 3100 E Cedar St, Unit 8, Ontario, CA 91761.
DrPals order reference number(s) are required for local pickup
Written notice must be provided in advance if someone other than the registered buyer will be picking up purchased items.
